Sisterhood committee is devoted to bringing our sisterly bond closer by planning and experiencing exciting new adventures with the members of our chapter. We encourage a deep connection and interaction among our members that builds friendships that last a lifetime. We try to plan at least one big trip for our members to attend and 3 smaller trips throughout one semester with weekly activities throughout the year. We love ideas and suggestions from the entire chapter and promote strong, loving opinions to make our sisterhood stronger. We are motivated by our connection not only as members of the same chapter but by sisters of choice and heart because we are family. “We wear our letters in the front because we know our sisters always have our backs.”
This past year has been an exciting on for the sisterhood committee. During the fall semester we took our sisters to fly to new heights at Sky Zone Trampoline Park and tested our knowledge by having a Sister Jeopardy game. During the spring semester we hosted our 2nd annual Family Lovin' Workshop, where we awarded the coveted sail boat to the winning family after a day full of different competitions. Our big event of the year was a trip to the mountains where 46 sisters stayed in a cabin, cooked s’more, ziplined and bonded as a sisterhood. Few things bring a group together like ziplinning. We are excited for this coming year and have a lot planned.
